Flowers & Materials:

• 1 Mini Pumpkin,
• 1 Sunflower,
• 2 Sunflower Buds,
• Seasonal Twigs & Vine,
• Scissors,
• 2 Straight Pins,
• Oasis Foam,
• Carving Knife,
• Spoon.

Design:

1) Cut the pumpkin in 2 parts.

2) Carve the larger part of the pumpkin to create a hole and scoop out the seeds. Fill the hole with pieces of wet oasis foam.

3) Create the arrangement by placing sunflower, sunflower buds, twigs and vine into the oasis foam.

4) Use pins to secure the top part of the pumpkin.

Flowers & Materials:

• 5 White Roses,
• 5 Pink Roses,
• 5 White Tulips,
• 5 Pink Tulips,
• 2 White Lisianthus,
• 2 Pink Lisianthus,
• Seasonal Berries,
• Gardenia Foliage,
• Scissors,
• Floral Tape,
• Ribbon.

Design:

1) Arrange flowers in your hand in a round bouquet, adding tulips, roses, berries and lisianthus as you go along. Remember to turn the bouquet as you are designing. This allows you to see the bouquet and check for fullness.

2) Take the gardenia foliage and make a collar under the bouquet. Use floral tape to bind the bouquet.

3) Cover stems using double-faced satin ribbon. Finish using pearl-headed pins or tie a bow.

4) Give the stems a fresh cut, in proportion to the length of the bouquet.

• 1 White Rose,
• 3 Gardenia Leaves,
• Decorative Foliage,
• Floral Tape,
• Wire,
• Wire Cutter,
• Scissors,
• 1 Pearl Pin.

Design:

1) Individually wire gardenia leaves & decorative foliage. Bind the wire stems with floral tape.

2) Wire the rose bud and bind the wire stems, as before.

3) Bind the rose, gardenia leaves and decorative foliage with floral tape. Bend the wired leaves into shape and adjust the angle of the rose head if necessary.

4) Cut the wire stems to the desired length and insert the pearl pin.
